Character
Appearance
When creating a character, you can choose the following options:
The character looks like the figure in the center of the screen. You can see it's name overhead.
The paperdoll varies depending on what equipment the character is wearing and the graphic settings. With minimal settings, all the characters look the same and some minor animations will not be displayed.
Life (HP)
In the upper right corner of the screen there is a window with a picture and the name of the character, which shows the most important informations: life, mana and experience meters.
A character can fight with different weapons, wear armor and use skills.
Your character will learn new skills and will be able to wear better equipment as it's level increases.
The life or hitpoints(HP) of your character is a measure of how well it is. In battle, when an enemy damages your character, the number of hits it had decreases. If your HP reaches 0, the character dies. More information can be found in death and resurrection. The amount of HP you have will increase as you gain more levels. The warriors will gain more HP than the magicians. If the character stays out of combat, it'll regenerate HP over time.
- To find out how many HP your character has, hover your mouse over the red bar on the upper right corner of the screen and you'll be prompted with the exact number of hits.
To restore HP faster, a character must drink a bottle of healing potion.
Mana (MP)
Mana - a magical energy that flows in character. The character spends mana to use skills and spells. Magicians require much more mana than warriors, so the mages' mana grows faster than warriors'. If the character does not use magic and skills, over time, the used mana will be restored by itself.
- To find out how much mana your character has, hover your mouse over the blue bar on the upper right corner of the screen and you'll be prompted with the exact number of mana.
To restore the mana faster, your character must drink a bottle of mana potion.
Experience (XP)
Traveling around the world, fighting monsters and other characters and doing quests, will increase the character's experience. With a certain amount of experience, the character reaches a new level. The higher the level, the greater the experience necessary to move to the next.
- Find out how much experience is needed for a new level by hovering your mouse over the yellow bar on the upper right corner of the screen and you are prompted with the exact number of experience you have. To see how much experience is required for each level, you can check the Table of excellence.
Experience can be gained in three ways:
- Killing various monsters
- Complete quests
- Buy it from other players
Moving from level to level, the character increases the amount of it's life(HP) and mana(MP), and after reaching a certain level it'll be able to change classes.
Outfit your character
