Next to "Sells and repair" is 
. On clicking the icon, a window will appear in relation to emeralds buying items and links on how to buy emeralds as well. Items like potions, scroll, recipes, improvement gems, gifts, etc...

Depending on the amount of emeralds you buy, additional tabs will be opened as a rewards...
Duke's Shop
If you buy 10000 emeralds in a month then you will be reward with the special Duke's shop...
