-Gem Dusts are used for item reforging. Each item has it's corresponding Gem Dust for either Fire or Wind. After reforging an item to a dust element (like Fire), it can be reforged again to Wind element to replace the set bonuses. You cannot unbind items reforged with Gem Dusts.
